The ‘right’
thing is
rarely the
easy thing.
Decades of healthcare and senior housing sales, marketing and operational experience did nothing to prepare me for the challenges of attempting to find the perfect Assisted Living provider for my own family members.
My mentor, dear friend and one of our distinguished Board Members, Trevor Hammond often says, “The right thing is rarely the easy thing.”
There are probably a million easier ways to serve older adults and their families, but I can’t imagine anything more rewarding than identifying a better way, gathering a tribe of brilliant, like-minded zealots and setting forth to upset the status quo.
