  • The Qualified Lead Program requires a small one- time set up fee. Once your profile is set-up you only pay for qualified leads, scheduled tours – OR, if you prefer, pay a move-in fee.
  • Do you offer the lead to more than one provider?
  • When a prospect reaches out, we are alerted to the provider profile that they inquired from. This lead is exclusive to your community- unless the prospect requests an array of communities. Then we only offer this prospect to a few communities at a time.
    Leads that want more than one community are offered at a reduced rate OR you can accept and pay our flat move-in fee if they choose your community.
  • How much is Lead, Tours – how much for Placement?
  • Each emailed “Lead Offer” contains the offer. Please call 833.836.6200 Press 1 for detailed information.
  • What if I want to take the lead for one prospect and then pay a placement fee for another?
  • That is the beauty of the program… Census is dynamic. Prospects are all different. Each Lead Offer is a stand-alone offer you may accept or decline in real-time… You may switch how you pay as often as you like.
  • What if I want to change my plan?
  • No problem. You can switch from QLP to Traffic Only anytime. Simply email subscribersupport@lookingforcare.com to request a subscription change. Our Engagement team will take care of everything for you!
  • How often do rates increase?
  • All plans have a 12 month "Rate Lock" – Your lead rate is locked in for a full year.
  • What are my payment options?
  • Online payment options include credit cards and e-check. Your set up fee will be charged upon sign-up. Lead invoices are emailed directly to you with a link to pay online.

  • What if I refer a new Subscriber?
  • For every new subscriber you refer that sign-up your community receives ONE FREE LEAD.
  • I have a website, why should I subscribe?
  • A website is an excellent source of information for prospective residents BUT, how do prospects find your website?
    • It is expensive and time consuming to compete online.
    • Studies of online search habits have shown that searchers prefer reviewing options in one place, that’s why online aggregators like Hotels.com, ForRent.com and Expedia.com are so popular.

  • My community is already listed, why should we pay you?
  • It is true, LookingforCare.com lists all licensed providers. We do this because a good aggregator presents visitors comprehensive information and because the data we publish is public information. Part of our value comes from the ease of comparison and part of our value comes from the fact we are a complete directory. BUT! Unless you are a subscriber, we only have access to public information… that means that rather than educating a prospect about your memory care or your phenomenal chef or activities program, visitors only can see very basic information including where you are located and details about your license. And 95% of visitors ignore listings without images or pricing information.
    So, not only is your listing leaving out some of the best aspects of your communities and has no direct contact information, to most visitors, you are essentially invisible.
  • Can I make changes to my profile whenever I want to?
  • Yes! Simply email subscribersupport@lookingforcare.com with your change request and we will take care of it within 3 business days, once completed you will receive a confirmation email.
