Looking for Legends is a California 501(c)(3) Organization. Looking for Legends is a fiscally sponsored project of Inquiring Systems, Inc. (ISI). ISI is a California Nonprofit 501(c)(3) Corporation, founded in 1978.
It is the mission of the Looking for Legends Foundation to improve the lives of older adults, their families, and the people who care for them.
The efforts of the Looking for Legends Foundation will help support older adults in need.
Trevor retired from the United States Air Force after 38 years in positions of ever-increasing authority – from sergeant to three star general. He amassed over 7,000 pilot hours and numerous commander positions with major infrastructure, support, budget, personnel, planning, and operational responsibilities.
From 1994 through 2011, he served as Executive Director and subsequently the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of a large (34 communities) senior care corporation, which included Independent Living, Assisted Living, Continuing Care Communities, and Skilled Nursing. In this role, he provided hands-on guidance in all operational facets, including resident care, budgeting, training, marketing, maintenance, licensing requirements, and strategic planning.
He earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Utah in 1973.
Lance is a Founding Member of Looking for Care℠ and the Looking for Legends Foundation.
As a real estate developer and entrepreneur, Lance has decades of experience with residential and commercial space. Over the last fifteen years, Lance has focused upon medical office development and senior housing.
As Managing Partner of Brentwood Assisted Living – a 128-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care facility in Brentwood, CA – Lance has first-hand experience with the challenges facing traditional Senior Housing providers.
A Looking for Legends Foundation Board Member and co-Founder of Looking for Care, Debra has 30+ years in the Healthcare and Aging Services industries.
Her past experience includes leading the sales and marketing functions of a large multi-site non-profit senior housing provider in Northern California where she created a comprehensive Sales Training course.
As an Occupancy Development consultant, Debra has pioneered extending length-of-stay through healthy living and fall prevention. A compelling presenter and communicator, Debra has also created Caregiver training courses for a mid-sized Bay Area Memory Care provider.
