Nestled in a charming residential neighborhood near shops and across from a grand park, ActivCare Bressi Ranch is a specialized memory care community. Three levels of memory care are offered to serve the changing needs of those with Alzheimer’s or related dementias. The ActivCare program incorporates engaging activities while your loved one receives compassionate care from specially trained caregivers in a home-like setting.  

ActivCare at Bressi Ranch offers 80 private and semi-private accommodations and include the following:

• License nurse on scheduled 24/7
• 24-hour activity program specially designed for those with Alzheimer's disease or related dementia
• Trained and compassionate staff
• Assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication assistance
• Three nutritious meals daily
• Escorting to and from meals and activities
• Housekeeping and laundry services
• Nurse case management

An R.N. Case Manager is available to assess any potential new residents or answer questions regarding desired living services or levels of care.

In addition to long-term stays, ActivCare at Bressi Ranch also offers short-term or respite stays to provide family caregivers with a much-needed break.
